HIPPO SIGNALING PATHWAY

Hippo signaling pathway components are structurally and functionally conserved and are notable for their role in controlling organ size, in addition to their implication in diverse functions including development, tissue homeostasis, wound healing and regeneration, immunity, epithelial homeostasis, tissue regeneration, immune modulation, cell differentiation, regulation of autophagy, tumor suppression. (1,2,3,5).

THE SIGNALING PATHWAYS AND DISEASES

Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway contributes to a number of human diseases, such as cancer, autoimmunity, developmental anomalies and liver fibrosis … (1,2,3,4).
