The Microbiota Assays developed by AnyGenes® have been optimised with it range of Perfect Master Mix SYBR® Green to offer you a robust real-time qPCR system providing highly specific, reliable and reproducible results, even with small amounts of biological material, whatever the source of your samples.
All our microbiota assays are validated at the experimental level on a large collection of microbial DNA on our high-throughput molecular platform, according to stringent and strong quality control criteria. After validation in qPCR, each PCR amplicon is sequenced to ensure of the strict specificity of our microbiota primer sets to a unique microbial strain, contrary to 16S qPCR strategy that may induce non-specific amplification, due to highly conserved regions.
Our assays contains several internal controls to assess the high performance of the Microbiota Assays or SignArrays®, the quality of your samples, and the absence of DNA contamination.
These ready-to-use microbiota reagents are compatible with:
- all sample types: gut, cutaneous, vaginal flora...
- all host species: Homo sapiens, laboratory models like Mus musculus or Rattus norvegicus...
- all qPCR instruments
- all microbiota application fields: involvement in cancer, immune system regulation, inflammation, homeostasis and antibiotic resistance.
