NFKB SIGNALING PATHWAY AND DISEASES

Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) signaling is implicated in both normal physiology and in the development of a multitude of diseases such as inflammation, diabetes, cancer (breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, gastric carcinoma and colorectal cancer), autoimmune disorders and neurodegeneratives diseases ^(2,3,4).
